when we get started!
Our onboarding process is designed to get you up and running in no-time.
1. Kick-off workshop
The kick-off workshop contains all the neccesities to gather the info around your ICP (ideal customer profile), unique selling points, market focus and unique view on industry trends.
2. Debriefing
During the debriefing we will present the storyline of your profile. Also we will present the visual identity and tone-of-voice based on the input we gathered during the onboarding session.
3. Warm-up & lift-off
The first few weeks we'll do a warm-up period. Also the approval cycle will be thorough to make sure we communicate using your tone-of-voice.
