As we continue to expand, we are in search of an organized, detail-oriented, and energetic project manager to join our team.BONDR is not just a regular marketing agency - we're a Social Selling as a Service agency.

We help CEOs, Managers, Salespeople, and Marketing Executives from leading companies develop their personal brand. We take over their LinkedIn profiles and manage everything that entails. This includes creating content, mapping out ideal target groups, responding to viral posts, interacting with customers, expanding networks, and managing sales campaigns.

We believe in a new way of selling that revolves around insightful human interactions, not spam and generic outreaches.

Job responsibilities

This job entails the following responsibilities:

• You're the account owner and responsible for driving success.
• You will lead and manage your team, consisting of sales experts, content writers, and visual experts per customer.
• Create and track account planning
• Monitor delivery (time and quality) of sales and content campaigns
• Efficiently manage and nurture sales leads generated from LinkedIn outreach and inbound queries.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on customer meetings, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer.
• Collaborate with the head of outbound and head of content to optimize the process.
• Analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Dutch
• 2+ years of experience in project management preferred. Ideally in a similar setting
• A digitally savvy person. There is no need to have extensive LinkedIn experience, but you must have a naturally curious mindset and be eager to learn new tools and processes.
• You'll manage clients in many different sectors. To name a few, HR, Finance, Compliance, Tech, and Sales. You must be naturally curious and eager to dive into new industries to prove yourself a worthy sparring partner to help Senior Leaders with their positioning
• An organized and detail-oriented individual. You're capable of working on several tasks at once
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Positive and energetic mindset.
• We prefer a candidate capable of joining Amsterdam in person for onboarding purposes.
