BONDR is a niche marketing agency, a Social Selling Agency as a Service. We assist CEOs, Managers, Salespeople, and Marketing Executives from leading companies in developing their personal brand. We take over their LinkedIn profiles and manage everything that entails. This includes creating content, mapping out ideal target groups, responding to viral posts, interacting with customers, expanding networks, and managing sales campaigns.We believe in a new way of selling, one that revolves around human interactions.

Job responsibilities

This job entails the following responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI technology and LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi) to execute and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients on LinkedIn, leveraging our unique personal branding strategy.
  • Efficiently manage and nurture sales leads generated from LinkedIn outreach and inbound queries.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on sales meetings, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer.
  • Collaborate with content team to align outreach strategies with customer tone-of-voice and personal branding strategy.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management systems with detailed and timely data.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong communication skills, both WRITTEN and verbal, in English and in DUTCH
  • Preferably, but not necessarily 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • You love the psychology of sales and are eager to learn more about this.
  • Digital savvy person; no need to have prior experience in LinkedIn, but digitally handy and quick learner of new tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and energetic mindset.
  • For onboarding purposed, we prefer a candidate who is capable of joining in person in Amsterdam.
